This one is mine.... sooooooooooo, of course, I am critical. I wish I had used darker paper for the silhouette's of the Santa's piping. I had fun making the ATC's though. I used sheet music that I had received from my friend Penny for my backing - a textured card stock for the faces - good old shredded cotton balls for Santa's hat fur - acrylics, gel medium and pitt pen marker.
Since doing this card I have met this great new jazz musician - he plays the trumpet, Etienne Charles, wish I had done trumpets!!!! Check out his music - awesome!
If you haven't seen the earlier post ... scroll down for: 9 drummers drumming, 8 maids a milking, 7 swans swimming, 6 geese a laying, 5 GOLDEN RINGS, 4 calling birds, 3 french hens, 2 turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree!!!

That is a great ACEO for 10 pipers. You did a wonderful job, so don't be so critical. We are our own worst critics is such a true saying.
ReplyDeleteHey Dana,
ReplyDeleteLucky you - for joining this swap.
I have been following along (even if I haven't posted) and I have loved all the cards you received.
I love Karla's swans - I thought they were awesome.
I think you did a great job as well. - so very clever.
