The theme was "spy"....hummmm, 007? Maxwell Smart? Nancy Drew?
double agents....
I decided to keep it simple:
Eye Spy!!!
Does anyone remember the game, I spy something.... and you would guess. The person whose turn it was would let you know if you were getting warm or so far off that you were cold - you'd keep guessing until you "spyied" what they had!

I just love this one Dana, very clever!
ReplyDeleteWe played that game over and over and over...
ReplyDeleteYour illustration is so perfect for a great childhood game, and so sophisticated it could be a spy poster...
NICE!!
BTW ~ Welcome to Creative Tuesdays. It's really fun having you aboard!!
ReplyDeleteCool. Thanks for sharing the info about the Tuesday blog.
ReplyDeleteHaha, yes, totally remember it and in fact used that for my own interpretation. Very fun, Dana and thank you for joining up! wonderful! Welcome to Creative Tuesdays! :) Lovely to have you here. TY!
ReplyDeletethis is great. I was considering doing an eye at one point, but was going to go with the aeon flux extreme close up shot typical of the show, where a fly gets caught in the lashes. I spy with my little eye…I think that's from the show you reference. So glad someone went with the eye, wouldn't be a spy theme week without one:) Great job. Thanks
ReplyDeleteI think your eye picture is very original, and really illustrates the theme. Yes, I remember endless games of I Spy, particularly on long car journeys, though it did get difficult when the kids spied something beginning with B and it would be a dog!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on the theme! Love it, xo!
ReplyDeleteFun piece! I totally remember that game, I was thinking of it as I was drawing!
ReplyDeleteI love the little word coming out of the iris! great fun
ReplyDeleteYes, this is great! love the reflection has the word SPY - how creative.
ReplyDeleteyes, i loved eye spy! so fun!
I-spy when through my mind as well, but this is perfect. Love how you have put the word in the eye as well.
ReplyDeleteDelightful eye!! And brings back memories of a fun road trip game!
