Two lovely sketches, Dana. Sounds like a great party. My beloved will be 80 this month, and this year I will (I hope) reach 78. I'm sure your parents had a marvellous time.
Nice sketching. Cardinals seem like such happy birds to me, we don't have them here so I am a little obsessed with their red color. Lovely that you planned a party for your parents! And thanks for your nice comments on my art!

Love the sketches! They both look so happy. Cute picture of your folks, love that they each have their own cake!
Happy Birthday to your parents, and congratulations on your good party planning skills. They look much younger than you say they are. As to your drawings, I'm especially fond of your cardinal. I'm probably a little biased because we have a couple that lives in our backyard. Blessings!
Excellent sketches! And so amazing that they can celebrate together. what a gift to the children too!
